Cheryl Burke has revealed that she had an abortion at just 18 years old, posting a candid TikTok video on Friday.
Sharing her story, the Dancing With The Stars' professional revealed that she 'wouldn't be sitting here without it'.
Following the US Supreme Court's decision to overturn Roe v Wade on Friday, the landmark 1973 ruling that guaranteed abortion rights throughout the country - the 38-year-old urged 'we need to continue to fight'.

Opening up about her own story in the three minute video, the dancer solemnly explained: 'I am saddened by the news this morning and it weighs heavy in my heart because I had an abortion when I was 18'
'If it wasn't for places liked planned parenthood, I would be a mother. And I wouldn't have been a great mother and I definitely wouldn't be sitting here with you today.'
Cheryl explained that she fell pregnant as a teenager despite using birth control, and opted to have an abortion when she was two weeks pregnant.
