Temperatures are set to soar during Tuesdays's Love Island episode as the show's steamy heart rate challenge returns, with some viewers predicting a new bombshell could join.

The Islanders will be tasked with performing sexy stripteases for one another in a bid to see which of the villa residents are unable to resist temptation.

Viewers were treated to a glimpse at the action at the end of Monday night's show, with the likes of Italian stallion Davide Sanclimenti, 27, dressed in a pair of tiny black PVC hot pants and fingerless gloves along with a matching cloak and mask as he transforms into fictional character Zorro.

In the teaser trailer, Paige Thorne, 24, is seen giving Dami Hope, 26, a lap dance while wearing a bright red high cut one piece swimsuit and a long blonde wig in the style of Baywatch star Pamela Anderson.

Model and dancer Tasha Ghouri, 23, is also seen performing for Dami while wearing the same outfit as Paige in hot pink, looking very similar to a Barbie doll.

Tasha whips her hair across Dami's chest as he sits back in his seat outside in the villa garden while Davide looks on with a broad grin across his face. 

Dami soon changes into a pair of black PVC hot pants of his own as he strips off to display his muscular physique before straddling one of the girls for a dance.

Actress Ekin-Su Cülcüloğlu, 27, is seen receiving a series of kisses on her neck by one of the boys in a navy blue police hat while Jay Younger, 28, dances while shirtless and wearing a straw cowboy-style hat.

Meanwhile, Ekin-Su is seen sucking on Jay's finger while wearing a white bride's veil. 

Elsewhere, Danica Taylor, 21, is seen dancing on Andrew Le Page's lap while Indiyah Polack, 23, strips down to her underwear and a metallic silver top.

Love Island fans took to Twitter after seeing the preview to express their excitement at watching the challenge.

One person wrote: 'I for one absolutely can’t wait for the heart rate challenge tomorrow.. me personally could never but it’s literally my favourite thing to watch. #loveisland.'

Predicting a new contender could join the Islanders for the challenge, one person wrote: 'Imagine they send a bombshell in for the heart rate challenge and automatically couple them with the person who’s hr they raise the most #loveisland.'

Another show fan tweeted: 'They're obviously going to have a new boy come in during the heart-rate challenge tomorrow. #LoveIsland.'

Commenting on the possible sexual tension between Davide and Ekin-Su after their initial coupling before she kissed and moved on to Jay, one viewer posted: 'Me imagining the sexual chemistry between Davide and Ekin-Su in the heart rate challenge tomorrow night #LoveIsland,' as they posted a picture of actor Leonardo DiCaprio looking tense.

After Jay questioned Davide on whether the Italian had 'unfinished business' with Ekin-Su on Monday night, one viewer predicted Jay may be feeling smug after watching Davide and Ekin-Su get the hots for one another in the challenge.

They posted: 'Jay tmr after the challenge when he sees davide heart rate go up for ekin-su, knowing he told him so #LoveIsland.'

Someone else added: 'Davides heart rate is gonna be the highest for ekin-su after the challenge they gonna pull each other for a chat. #LoveIsland.'

Making some predictions, one viewer shared: 'Can we get heart rate challenge predictions? Obvi Tasha will score high, i’m hoping Danica doesn’t try to over do it. #LoveIsland.'

However, admitting they aren't looking forward to watching one Islander perform a striptease, another show fan posted: 'Guyzzzz im getting uncomfortable because i just realized we have to watch Charlie do the heartbeat challenge #LoveIsland.'

And longing for 2019 series star Curtis Prichard to return in a gold headdress with brown feathers and a pair of sequinned pink hot pants, another person wrote: 'Looking forward to seeing the heart rate challenge tomorrow, although nothing could ever top Curtis’ entrance #LoveIsland.'

It comes after Ekin-Su revealed there is still 'chemistry' between her and former flame Davide on Monday night's episode of Love Island.

The Turkish actress opened up about her feelings for the Italian hunk after she recently coupled up with newcomer Charlie. 

Ekin-Su's comments came days after she had an explosive row with Davide in the villa after kissing fellow Islander Jay behind his back. 

ITV2 viewers saw Dami quiz Ekin-Su over both her former partners Jay and Davide while in the kitchen. 

She admitted: 'I'll be honest with you, I don't know what it is, but there is some sort of chemistry with Davide.

'Every time we're together, it's weird, something happens.'

Dami replied: 'You probably had better chemistry with Davide then, no? Then what you had with Jay but obviously Jay just gave you the things that you want.'

Ekin-Su admitted it was 'too early' for Davide to give her the little things she wanted like a coffee in the morning and that it is 'too late now' to go back. 

She agreed: 'The things that Davide never did, because it was too early. But maybe if I had waited it could've worked…I keep thinking that, but it's too late now.'

Following a heated row between Davide and Ekin-Su, they called it quits as he confessed feeling 'scared to be hurt from a woman like you'.
