On Monday evening, Catherine opened up her Instagram Stories to a Q&A session, with one follower asking about losing baby weight.

Catherine insisted: 'I think the best way to look at it, for me, it's not about weight loss anymore, it's about getting strong again, being healthy, being on the planet for as long as possible.

'And weight loss tends to be a by-product of that which is a great bonus.'

When asked directly how she lost her baby weight 'so quick' the soap star insisted: 'I haven't! Still got a long way to go! But focusing on building my strength back up!.'

Another follower asked for tips about breastfeeding in public, to which Catherine responded: 'Do you know what? I felt really self conscious this time around because my boobs were like comedy boobs when my milk came in.
