Gemma Owen shocked Love Island viewers during Wednesday night's show when she whipped open her towel after a shower to flash Luca Bish.

International dressage champion Gemma, 19, who is coupled-up with fishmonger Luca, 23, was seen dancing on a terrace while wearing a white towel wrapped around her.

Luca whistled up to Gemma as he showered in his trunks in the outside shower, prompting Gemma to open her towel to expose her boobs.

Brighton resident Luca laughed at Gemma's cheeky antics and she giggled as she ran back inside to the villa.

Show fans were quick to take to Twitter to express their surprise at Gemma's activities.

One person wrote: 'Gemma what were you flashing at Luca from the terrace?!'

Sharing a picture of a basketball player looking hopeless as he leant on the barrier at the side of the court, another person tweeted: 'Michael Owen after seeing Gemma flashing Luca.'

Someone else asked: 'Why is nobody discussing Gemma flashing Luca?!?! i’ve been laughing about it since.'

'Gemma flashing her boobs over the balcony is bde,' wrote another viewer.

 While someone else shared: 'Gemma flashing Luca and then his smile! They’re too cute I swear.'

Another person posted: 'Gemma flashing Luca is the most flirtatious she’s been lmao.' 

Elsewhere in Wednesday night's episode, Gemma chose to stay as a pair with Luca in a dramatic recoupling.

The daughter of former footballer Michael Owen said: 'Since day one I was initially attracted to him. He keeps me on our toes...

'Our connection just gets stronger. I would like to see where this takes us because I think this could be something special.'  

The Love Island villa was rocked on Wednesday night's episode during a shock recoupling when Ekin-Su had the choice of three men.

Turkish actress Ekin-Su chose Italian hunk Davide as they stood by the fire pit, leaving his former partner Antigoni to pair up with Charlie after Ekin-Su's ex Jay was chosen by Danica.  

Ekin-Su told the group of her decision: 'Firstly this is going to be one of the hardest decisions I've ever had to make.

'I didn't know whether to play it safe or take a risk. I personally would like to give this person a chance and I'm hoping he would too. 

'So the boy I want to couple up with is Davide.'

Davide told her as she sat down next to him: 'Nice speech.'

Ekin-Su's decision left Jay open to be picked by another girl, with Danica saying before making her choice: 'We've had some great conversations and I find him attractive but even if nothing comes from this I think we could have a great friendship.'

Looking shocked at Danica choosing Jay, Antigoni mouthed: 'I can't believe this s**t,' before standing up and picking Charlie.  

Pulling the rest of the girls for a chat, Antigoni said: 'I just don't get it. Danica and Jay have no connection.'

Jay declared to the other boys: 'I thought I closed the door, I thought it was a sure thing. I couldn't have closed it any more.

'I think I said to her, the door's closed. Don't pick me.'

Taking a seat with some of her fellow Islanders later, Danica said: 'If I genuinely knew, hands down, that Jay and Antigoni could possibly have something then I'm not saying it would have swayed what I was going to do but it might have been like, oh f**k.'
