The daughter of murdered gangland figure Carl Williams has opened up about her 12-year battle with online bullying.

Dhakota Williams, 21,  took to Instagram on Wednesday to fire back at cyber bullies for body shaming her.

In an emotional post, she said that she'd been criticised for her weight since childhood.

'These people online have been calling me fat since I was about nine years old and I'm fed up,' she raged.

'I was nine, crying, because people were calling me fat... [what the f**k]. That's 12 years of me having to see people comment about my body,' she continued.

'It's such a shame that I've had to learn not to give a f**k instead of people having to learn to be nice.'

Melbourne-based Dhakota went on to say that she was proud of her curves. 

'Sorry we're built like f***ing women around here, not prepubescent children like some of these weirdos want you to look like,' she wrote.

'Women have thighs, hips, boobs, and are built in all different shapes and sizes.'

The brunette finished by saying that 'body shaming in 2022 is not cool' and that she's thankful that it no longer bothers her like it once did.
