Janet Jackson showcased her flexibility skills in a new video on Wednesday as the superstar singer prepared to take part in a dance rehearsal.
The 56-year-old music legend gave fans a glimpse into preparations for her upcoming performance at Essence's annual music festival in New Orleans this weekend as she took to Instagram with the short clip.
In the video, Janet could be seen dressed in baggy clothing and laying down on a mat as she began to stretch out her legs.
