Andrew Garfield peeled off his wetsuit during a surfing trip in Malibu on Wednesday.
The 38-year-old actor was first seen while catching a wave as he made the most of a morning surf session in the celebrity-favorite city.
The Hacksaw Ridge star later pulled off the top portion of his wetsuit after hopping out of the ocean, and he took a solo stroll down the beach.

Garfield's outing occurred during his much-publicized break from his acting career.
The performer announced that he would be stepping away from the screen during an interview with Variety, where he noted that he wanted time to think about the direction of his career.
'I'm going to rest for a little bit. I need to recalibrate and reconsider what I want to do next and who I want to be and just be a bit of a person for awhile,' he stated.
The much-celebrated performer also described awards season as 'a washing machine.'
