David and Victoria Beckham celebrated their 23rd wedding anniversary in style as they jetted to Paris for a romantic city break. 

The couple looked smitten as they held hands on a stroll through the City of Love on Sunday, a day before sharing gushing Instagram tributes to mark the milestone. 

Treating themselves on their mini break, the pair were seen heading for lunch at the swanky five star hotel Le Bristol Paris. 

Victoria, 48, nailed Parisian chic as she paired a pussycat bow blouse with a black ruffled mini skirt. 

She kept her tanned and toned pins under wraps in black tights, while a pair of stiletto heels gave her modelesque frame an extra boost. 

David, 47, also looked stylish as he paired a relaxed navy suit with a T-shirt and grey canvas shoes. 

The morning after their lunch date the couple took to Instagram to share gushing tributes on their anniversary.  

Designer Victoria shared a sweet image of herself beaming alongside the footballer at his father Ted's wedding in April, while noting that critics 'said they wouldn't last' when they tied the knot in 1999.

David also marked the anniversary with his wife by joking that he was still 'into Posh' after more than two decades of marriage, posting a fun throwback clip of a sketch where they discussed their first meeting.
