Ronan Keating admits his 'heart was beating out of his chest' watching his son enter Love Island.

The former Boyzone star, 45, confessed to being 'nervous as hell' as Jack, 23, was introduced as one of six Casa Amor boys hoping to tempt the villa girls away from their partners.

Singer Ronan, who's also a dad to Missy, 21, Ali, 16, Cooper, five, and Coco, two, said the entire family are tuning into Love Island to support Jack, after starring on the ITV2 dating series was something he 'wanted to do.'

'I won't lie, I've been nervous as hell,' confessed Ronan.

'When I saw him walk into the villa my heart was beating out of my chest.

'I'm excited for him though, this is something he wanted to do, and I'll always support him and all my kids in their endeavours.

'The house is not the same without him and his little brother and sister are missing playing with him every day but we're tuning in every night to get our Jack fix and see where this adventure takes him.'
