Nadia Bartel has raised eyebrows with her latest attempt at appearing relatable.

The glamorous ex-WAG, who is known to adorn herself with thousands of dollars worth of designer fashion, announced on Tuesday that she'd finally found an 'everyday handbag' that won't break the bank.

Posting to Instagram Stories, the 37-year-old uploaded a photo of herself posing for a mirror selfie with her new tote, which was handcrafted by a Melbourne designer.

'It's hard to find something good quality... I like my everyday bag to feel soft and comfy, still look good but not too crazy exy [expensive], as let's be honest all the kids' stuff gets thrown in here,' she wrote next to the image.

A quick glance at the bag's $800 price-tag, however, suggests that Nadia's idea of 'affordable' may not align with that of the general public.

Nadia's post comes just months after she threw her support behind Kim Kardashian's now-infamous business advice for women, which critics labelled tone-deaf and privileged.

The billionaire reality star had Twitter fired up in March over comments she made in her family's Variety profile urging women to 'get your f**king a** up and work', and complaining about how 'nobody' is willing to work anymore.

Nadia - who was born into a well-off Melbourne  family, married then divorced a rich footballer, and now runs her own successful fashion label Henne - didn't find the advice at all problematic, and instead advocated for Kim's flawed work philosophy.
