The four-bedroom, three-bedroom harbourside home, located in the highly sought-after Mosman postcode, first hit the market in May. The official sale price has not been disclosed but is believed to be just short of the $9.6million the couple wanted, reports The Daily Telegraph. Retired rugby union player George Gregan and his wife Erica have sold their four-bedroom, three-bedroom home on Sydney's north shore for just over $9million George, 49, bought the home for $1.34million in 1999, a year after marrying Erica. The couple enlisted famed architect Luigi Rosselli and spent years redesigning and building their dream home before finally completing it in 2007. 'Rosselli is a family man too, so he understands the functionality of a home and how it blends into the landscape,' George said.
