Jessica travelled to Baku in Azerbaijan for the procedure, which she claims has given her the same almond shaped eyes as supermodel Bella.

Speaking to Vernon Kay and Rochelle Humes on This Morning, she explained that despite her current look not being the 'most natural' it was her 'end goal'.

She said: 'After so many surgeries I have achieved this appearance. I admit it is not the most natural look. But this is the final look, this was the end goal, it has been a very long journey and I couldn't be any happier.

'I feel 95% happy. When I look in the mirror I thank God for my surgeons, for my family, for the doctors.

'I had a face lift upwards. Instead of making cuts the surgeon tightened the muscles to lift my cheeks and forehead. It is to give me the Bella eyes. I don't do it to look younger I do it to freeze the years.

'All I need now is a surgeon to fix my botched nose. I want to fix my noes then I will be 100% happy.'

During the chat she also opened up about her desire to become a mother and settle down with the perfect partner.

Jessica explained: 'I can't get pregnant but I'd like to have a family and a wedding, like a princess wedding and the challenge now is to find a suitor.'

Elsewhere she discussed her time on Big Brother in 2018 claiming she was secretly taking hormones to start her transition while on the show.

She said: 'I am about to say something I have never said on TV before now.

'In 2018 I was on the show and I was becoming desperate and anxious and I begged the producers to send me some wigs and dresses and I was taking female hormones but nobody knew it.'

The former Celebrity Big Brother housemate looked glamorous arriving at the London TV studios despite her face scars, wearing a bright orange halterneck top and matching tassel trousers.

She completed the look with orange stilettos and round shades, toted a Louis Vuitton suitcase and wore her long dyed tresses in a poker straight style.

Before her TV appearance Jessica exclusively told MailOnline that she was nervous to go on the show due to her scars and would have to wear lots of makeup to cover it up.

She added that she had to cancel a birthday party on the weekend due to the marks on her face.
