Preparations are underway for the new series of Strictly Come Dancing, which kicks off in September.

And professional dancers Karen Hauer and Luba Mushtuk looked incredible on Monday as they showed off their toned abs during a break from rehearsals in London.

The ladies looked on fine form as they strutted down the street together with coffees in hand, with Karen, 40, adding an additional caffeine kick with a can of Coca Cola.

The Venezuelan-American beauty teamed her sporty top with form-fitting black leggings, leg warmers and grey trainers.

While Russian stunner Luba added black joggers and lace-up ankle boots to her rehearsal look.

The dancers were in good spirts as they soaked up the sunshine before heading back to their practice session alongside fellow performer Lauren Oakley.

Meanwhile, Strictly co-star Gorka Marquez, 31, was in a very chipper mood as he performed a kick for the camera.

Elsewhere, Strictly lovebirds Nadiya Bychkova and Kai Widdrington were all smiles as they headed back to work on Monday.

The pro dancing couple stepped out of the studio hand-in-hand for a coffee break, after rehearsing the professional routines for the new series of Strictly Come Dancing.
