Selling Sunset star Heather Rae Young has filed a lawsuit against Platinum West and Platinum Plus Gentlemen's clubs for using her photo to promote NFL viewing parties.
After the strip clubs, located in South Carolina and Pennsylvania plastered her image on promotional posters, the reality star accused the establishments of 'defaming her by making it appear she works there as a stripper' and 'false advertising.'
In court documents, obtained by TMZ, the 34-year-old realtor, who is expecting her first child with husband Tarek El Moussa, stated she never consented to having her picture used in any of their advertisements.
