Alyson Hannigan has found a buyer for her stunning Encino mansion which has served as the filming location for numerous productions, including This Is Us.
Hannigan, 48, accepted an offer on the 7,605 square feet residence on Thursday after putting it on the market for $18 million, real estate sources have told TMZ.
The five bedroom home is located in a gated community and comes equipped with a pool, tennis court, main residence, guest house, office space, home gym, and even vegetable garden.

The three acre property has been used as a filming location for multiple shows, including Fun With Dick and Jane, Fractured, a 2016 Hyundai Super Bowl ad with Kevin Hart, Marvel's Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D, and of course This Is Us.
In This Is Us, the home is shown numerous times in various flash-forward scenes. It's the home Kevin (Justin Hartley) builds in memory of his father Jack (Milo Ventimiglia) at the urging of his mother Rebecca (Mandy Moore).
