Alice Evans has shared a post reflecting on her appearance after reading a comment from a troll who told her she was 'stunning in her twenties'.
The actress, 54, admitted the remark made her ponder over whether she was a 'monster' now, but insisted she didn't think her looks were 'that bad'.
It comes after she posted about being 'fat and horrible' compared to her ex Ioan Gruffudd's new girlfriend Bianca Wallace, in a now-deleted post that risked violating the restraining order against her.

Alice explained that she had read the opinion and originally thought it was a 'nice thing' to say, before wondering what it meant for her appearance now.
The mother of two, who said she rarely reads comments about herself, said: 'So yesterday I happened to read a comment about myself that said 'but she was STUNNING in her twenties though'
'See this is why you shouldn't read comments (and I rarely rarely do. Masochism isn't my thing).

'Because although I was initially thankful to the person for saying such a nice thing, I then started to wonder…. But WHAT SORT OF A MONSTER MUST I BE NOW??
'So earlier on I was trying out some different light angles and make-up to shoot a Cameo request, almost scared to look back at them (although I have to. This is my job at the moment!)'
Reflecting on her verdict after checking out the clip, she said: ''And weirdly- they weren't THAT bad! Ladies! Let's embrace ageing in whatever way we wish! Gracefully, disgracefully, surgically or non. Friends and haters - This is 54!!!!!

Admitting she had slightly tweaked the snaps, she said: 'Yes I know they're good angles and I have make up on and I removed some dry skin and weirdly long nose hairs I hadn't noticed.
'But still. F**k it. As long as you never leave the phone camera on front facing abs accidentally open it looking down, none of us are doing that badly really!
'Love you all. Even the haters!'

It comes a day after Alice risked violating her restraining order from her estranged husband Ioan, 48, after once again taking to social media to post about their separation.
She claimed she was being gaslit and being called 'fat' and 'horrible' compared to 'B' - taken to mean Ioan's new girlfriend Bianca Wallace.
This goes against the terms of the restraining order obtained by Ioan which bans Alice from mentioning him on social media for three years.

The Welsh actor had hoped the new restrictions would end the public falling out between the pair, whose acrimonious split in March 2021 and consequent slanging matches threatened to overshadow their respective careers.
But Alice took to her Instagram on Monday morning, to write: 'I'm working out to try to calm myself down because I am being GASLIT. Freaking GASLIT.
'With my kids, with the places I usually go to. Everything. I can't leave the house without being photographed and told that I am fat and horrible whereas 'B' is so slim….

She signed off: '… I cannot deal for much longer.'
Ioan had previously won a temporary restraining order against Alice the mother of his two daughters Ella, 12, and Elsie, eight, in February claiming he was inundated with messages and verbal threats from her.
But on Tuesday, a U.S. judge confirmed harsher restrictions had been put in place, including a ruling preventing Alice from leaking private text messages from their children.
