Kim Zolciak's daughter Ariana Biermann reportedly denied drinking and claimed she had only used marijuana much earlier when she was booked for driving under the influence of alcohol in Forsyth County, Georgia, early Saturday morning.
The police reported indicates that despite the 20-year-old Don't Be Tardy star's denials, officers told her that they could smell booze on her breath and possiblyy even on her clothes, according to TMZ.
According to the police, Biermann admitted that she had 'smoked a THC vape pen the night before but did not drink.'

Ariana was booked into the system after 1 a.m. on Saturday morning.
Despite Biermann's contention that she had not been drinking, officers allegedly saw a 'noticeable sway' from her when she did a field sobriety test.
