The legendary musician is currently in Italy, where she'll celebrate her special day at Palazzo Castelluccio in Sicily, according to The Sun.
But before her August 16 birthday, she took to Instagram to wish her 22-year-old son Rocco Ritchie a happy birthday of his own.
