When it comes to discussing her sex life, nothing is off the table for Alex Nation.

And The Bachelor star, 30, was up to her old tricks again on Monday as she divulged crude details about her very surprising sex trick - expelling air from her vagina. 

'Fun fact: I can actually do this ON COMMAND. It's my cute lil party trick,' she boasted during an Instagram Q&A with fans.

'All my friends at school used to get me to do it in class and when I was filming The Bachelor I showed all the girls in the mansion and [fellow contestant] Noni Janur gave me the nickname 'Queen LaQueefa' [laughing-crying emoji],' she mused.

The mother-of-two, who is engaged to businessman Carson Jory, then shared some sage advice about embracing the less glamorous aspects of sex. 

'Vaginal flatulence is super normal during sexual activity and it's really nothing to be embarrassed about. Sex if full of funky noises!' she insisted. 

'I used to be super embarrassed with fanny farts during sex when I was younger but now I'm more like ooop, there is too much air in there and I'll deliberately fart it out to be more comfortable,' Alex added. 

The blonde concluded her post with some helpful advice to those wishing to avoid the perils of vaginal flatulence.
