She'll be back on stage this winter when she finally brings her hugely anticipated Las Vegas residency to the stage.

And Adele is promoting her next big career chapter in style, starring in a stunning global cover shoot for the October 2022 issue of ELLE UK and ELLE US.

The shoot from photographer Mario Sorrenti and styled by George Cortina, sees the Brit icon dripping in designer pieces, showing off her incredible physique in touches of racy lingerie layered under covetable coats from the likes of Celine and Givenchy.

One bold shot features the Someone Like You star posing up a storm in a $6,930 bright yellow Loro Piana coat with a racy lace slip from Agent Provocateur peeking out from underneath.

Showing off her trademark long red manicure and with her strawberry blonde locks styled into Hollywood-glam waves, Adele poses by the glass doors of a modern house, smouldering for the camera.

Another shot taken through the window of the house, sees the star dressed in thousands of pounds worth of wardrobe including a blue buttoned skirt from Marc Jacobs teamed with a $1,455 Givenchy shirt, Cartier rings and $1,190 Saint Laurent by Anthony Vaccarello heels.

The two covers meanwhile, one for the UK market and one for the US, feature the fashion fan modelling a repurposed shearling coat from Pologeorgis (in accordance with the ELLE International fur-free charter), with a peek of a Fendi dress.

The UK cover's star piece is a stunning Celine by Hedi Slimane $3,500 white coat.

Even a simple blue rib-knot polo-neck gets the high fashion treatment for the shoot, with a $380 Courrèges sweater displaying the star's amazing figure.

In the accompanying interview a candid Adele revealed her dream is to be a 'homemaker', as she plans marriage and children with boyfriend Rich Paul.

While she is currently focused on finally bringing her long-awaited Las Vegas shows to life, the singer, 34, said post-Vegas will be all about family as she gushed about life with her sports agent beau, 40, in a rare public display of affection, saying she's as 'happy as I'll ever be'.

Adele declared: 'I've never been in love like this. I’m obsessed with him. I definitely want more kids.'

The superstar and the multi-millionaire agent first met at a party a few years ago, and took their relationship public in the summer of 2021.

The musician was previously wed to charity entrepreneur Simon Konecki, the father of her nine-year-old son Angelo, marrying in 2018 and separating the same year.

'I've never been in love like this,' Adele gushed to ELLE of Rich. 'I'm obsessed with him. I definitely want more kids.

'I'm a homemaker and I'm a matriarch, and a stable life helps me with my music,' she added. 'But right now, all I got in my brain is Vegas. I wanna f**king nail it.'

The star remained coy about rumours she and Rich are currently engaged though, telling ELLE that she 'absolutely' wants to get married again.

She coyly added: 'Well! Well. Well, I'm not married' when asked if the ring she's been wearing recently is an engagement diamond.

'I'm just in loooove! I'm happy as I'll ever be. I might as well be married,' later confessing of her huge ring: 'I'm not engaged. I just love high-end jewellery, boy!'

Adele was also keen to discuss what she called 'the worst moment in my career' after she cancelled her Las Vegas residency at the Colosseum at Caesars Palace.

The superstar had been set to open her Weekends with Adele show back in January but cancelled in an emotional video message to her fans at the last minute.

Adele tearfully told fans, many of whom were already in Sin City at the time, several different reasons behind her pushing back the residency.  'My show ain't ready,' she said.

'We've tried absolutely everything that we can to put it together in time, and for it to be good enough for you. But we've been absolutely destroyed by delivery delays and COVID.'

After rescheduled dates for the gig were leaked, the singer took to Instagram last month to finally confirm the show will start in November as she thanked fans for their 'patience'.

'It was the worst moment in my career, by far,' she told Elle of her decision to cancel. 'By far. I was so excited about those shows. It was devastating.'

She explained with just hours to go before her debut date, that she just wasn't satisfied with the show.

'There was just no soul in it. The stage setup wasn't right. It was very disconnected from me and my band, and it lacked intimacy. And maybe I tried too hard to give it those things in such a controlled environment.'

It was previously reported the delays were down to the singer being displeased with the set design, particularly over a swimming pool erected in the middle of the stage.

Of the backlash she faced from fans, many of whom had splurged thousands on flights and accommodation to see the star, Adele admitted 'the first couple of months were really, really hard. I was embarrassed.'
