Former Pop Idol contestant and theatre star Darius Campbell Danesh was found dead in his US apartment room at the age of 41 on Tuesday.
The singer, who rose to fame on Popstars in 2001, went on to enjoy a successful music career with his first single Colourblind peaking at number one in the UK singles chart, before starring on the West End.
Having famously dated his Colourblind co-star Jacqui Ainsley, he then moved to America where he married Canadian actress Natasha Henstridge.
After filing for divorce from Natasha in 2013, he went on to enjoy a brief fling with Daisy Lowe.

Darius stated that the pair 'met too young', telling the Daily Record after their split: 'We loved each other when we broke up and that made it so painful because there was no third party involved.
'It was a very complex break up and I still adore her. But so much is going on in my life.'
