Kelly Ripa and her husband Mark Consuelos celebrated 26 years of marriage this year.
And during Tuesday's episode of Live with Kelly and Ryan, the 51-year-old actress dished that she and Consuelos spent just $179 to elope in Las Vegas back in 1996.
'We just had a very normal, very regular wedding,' Ripa told co-host Ryan Seacrest. 'It really is such an efficient way to get married. And it was fun. We were like, "Now, this is gambling! Woohoo!"'

Ripa confessed that the stress that comes with planning a full-scale wedding might have kept the pair from walking down the aisle all together.
'[If we] had to endure a large wedding, the planning and the seating charts and the venue — we would not have made it.
'I don't think we would have made it to the wedding. There would have been had feelings and blame all over the place,' she explained.
Ripa made it clear that she and Consuelos have zero regrets about their low-key nuptials and even suggested it may be the secret to their longevity.
'And I can honestly say, we do not feel less married. As a matter of fact, we feel more married than those people, because we're still married,' she said.
