Charlotte Dawson opened up about her heartbreaking miscarriage in a candid interview as she came to terms with the loss. 

The Ex On The Beach star, 29, who suffered the devastating loss in April, explained how she has grieved and is feeling more 'positive' and ready for a 'big family'. 

The reality star penned on Instagram at the time that she was 'heartbroken beyond words' that she had lost her baby at 10 weeks.

Charlotte, who shares 18-month-old son Noah with fiancé Matt Sarsfield, told New Magazine: 'I think we will have our time again. Everything feels a bit more positive and bright. 

'When the time is right, I believe it will happen. You never know, we might have baby number two cooking by Christmas. I definitely want a big family, and I'd really love to have a girl next.'

Charlotte said she's glad others have shared their stories to 'raise awareness' and give other 'women the confidence' to speak out. 

However, the response on Instagram wasn't entirely positive as the reality star did face some nasty comments from trolls 'accusing me of lying about being pregnant for attention'. 

Charlotte, who took two years to get pregnant with her son, is now focusing on the positives and detailed how Noah 'really helped' her get through the darkest days.

She explained: 'If I didn't have him, I honestly don't know how I would have got through it all.'

Charlotte welcomed her first child Noah in January 2021 with fiancé Matt Sarsfield - who hasn't yet commented on the heartbreaking announcement.

Alongside the video, she wrote: 'Thankgod I have you… my Noah, my bestest friend, my little shadow, my sidekick my beautiful baby boyo, my sunshine always..
