Miles Nazaire has shared a video of his hilarious ramblings as he woke up from anaesthetic on Friday.
The Made In Chelsea star, 26, revealed that he would be undergoing nipple surgery as he took to Instagram to document the process.
After waking up from the operation, Miles' pal David Templer, filmed the reality TV personality as he told his surgeon he had a sexy dream about him.

As he pulled the breathing apparatus from Miles' mouth, the doctor could be heard as he said: 'It's all going super super well for you, well done.'
A very delirious Miles then blurted out: 'Chef! You know what's crazy right, this is crazy, I have had a wet dream about you. I've got a good energy with you, let's get a scotch.'
'The dreams are so, you know, everything feels wild right now!' he mused'
