Sam Frost has opened up about the struggles she faced during her first trimester of pregnancy.
The former Home and Away star, 33, revealed on her blog Believe by Sam Frost it had been 'incredibly difficult for me, mentally and physically'.
She said her symptoms began at the six-week mark and her 'mental health quickly deteriorated' from there.
Sam Frost has opened up about the struggles she faced during her first trimester of pregnancy
'I became extremely unwell, throwing up constantly, with extreme exhaustion,' she said, revealing she had been bedridden for two months.
'We had to pull the pin on our podcast trip after only recording three episodes, instead of six, which cost us money - money that we really needed,' she added.
'I felt guilty. I felt as though I was letting our family down.'
