The Hollywood star, 67, who revealed his aphasia diagnosis in March, paid a visit to Brentwood Country Mart in Los Angeles.
The Sixth Sense actor looked happy and healthy as he stepped out, cutting a casual figure in a navy jumper and trousers.

The sighting comes after Bruce was diagnosed with aphasia earlier this year.
