I just watched a caving video that make me so uncomfortable and then I was randomly sick? I'm so confused.' A user who had seen the same video responded: 'Yes, I used to throw up a lot from my anxiety and panic attacks. Is it that nutty cave accident video? I watched that today and it made my chest feel tight! Horrendous.' Amber replied: 'I'm so shocked I've never had a panic attack before And yes it was that video! As if it didn't come with a trigger warning or anything.'
