In an exclusive clip shared to MailOnline, the property developer, 31, is seen getting down on one knee amid an idyllic setting on a beach in France, as he tells Ferne, 32, that he wants her to stand by him 'forever'.
And an emotional Ferne can't stop the tears from flowing as she sobs: 'Oh my God, I can't even cope!' before telling a delighted Lorri: 'Yes!'

The couple became engaged during an idyllic trip to France in July following a whirlwind seven month romance, with Ferne previously teasing a glimpse of the proposal earlier this month.
But in the new episode of her TV show - which follows her life and her daughter Sunday's, four - fans will the the moment Ferne became Mrs. Haines-to-be, with the special moment seeing the couple enjoy a romantic candle light dinner before walking along the beach to a raised wooden platform which was decked out with flowers.
Declaring his feelings to his partner in the sweet video set to Ruelle's song I Get To Love You, Lorri says: 'You know I love you so much, I've spent so long planning this weekend.
