Before getting back to work on her new film Atlas, Jennifer Lopez attended the Grameen America's Raising Latina Voices event over the weekend.
The 53-year-old actress, singer and mother of 14-year-old twins Emme and Maximilian, spoke alongside Andrea Jung, President & CEO of Grameen America at the event, held at Universal Studios in Loa Angeles.
She revealed during her talk the best advice she had for her own children, which she shared with the audience.

'The best advice I can give to my kids – you can be whoever you believe you can be,' she began.
'Find that in yourself and don’t give up. Learn from people who have done it well, then take those ideas and innovate and refine them and make them your own,' she added.
'And listen to your parents, we aren’t quite as clueless as we seem when you’re 14,' she joked.

Lopez revealed during a recent interview with "Good Morning America, why she decided to team up with Grameen America.
'When you get a little bit older, you understand the meaning behind things and you've seen enough and you've had your own
