She said: 'Still injured unfortunately and working on my rehab - patience that's what its all about.

'Small steps, still really frustrating. Get to a certain age and you'll always get injures.
'You know how much I love my yoga, I have not been for a over week now. Gonna do a nice little aversion to cheer myself up an get the blood flowing.'
After defying gravity and doing a handstand, Jenny left out a huge sigh of relief and said: 'That was refreshing.'
She continued: 'Spent the morning just moving, stretching and experimenting things I've not tried before! Now back to rehab.'
