In the seconds-long Instagram reel the 41-year-old multihyphenate wore a figure-hugging lace dress while being hounded by paparazzi.
The SKIMS founder's hair was styled in a tousle of sultry, disheveled platinum blonde curls and she wrote in the caption: 'La Dolce Vita #CiaoKim Watch the show live - Tomorrow at 2:30pm CEST.'
