Kim Kardashian was the epitome of glamour as she stepped out to the Dolce & Gabbana afterparty following the designer's womenswear Spring/Summer 2023 fashion show during Milan Fashion Week on Saturday.

The reality star, 41, wore a glitzy silver sequinned dress which sparkled under the flashbulb lights of the paparazzi cameras as she arrived.

She was joined by her sister Khloe, 38, who gave a glimpse at her midriff in a white bodycon dress with cut out detail and a plunging neckline.

Her naked arms and shoulders were left exposed to the air aside from some thin straps.

She carried a tiny purse to match her dress and wore her ice blonde hair up on top of her head.

Kim completed her look by opting for a pair of silver-strapped open toed heels.

She added a few inches to her stature by wearing a tall pair of white heels and carried a small purse covered in crystals similar to those on the sleeve of her dress.
