Jenna Dewan has been counting down the days until her latest film, Let's Get Physical, premieres on Lifetime and uploaded a behind-the-scenes snippet onto her Instagram earlier Monday.
The talented dancer, 41, shared a clip to her 8.3 million followers showing off her pole dancing skills as she prepared for her role as a fitness instructor.
The upcoming movie is based on true events and will air on the network next month on October 5.

The Step Up actress was seen wearing a black, one-piece ensemble with small cutouts on the front.
She paired the outfit with black, fishnet tights while slipping into a pair of silver, open-toed shoes that were comprised of a see-through heel.
Jenna's brunette hair flowed down naturally past her shoulders as she showcased some of her pole dancing moves for the film.
As the mother of two danced, colorful lights with hues of pink, purple and blue flashed around the room.

The premise of the upcoming Lifetime movie follows Jenna's character Sadie, who leads a, 'double life as a fitness instructor and a prostitution ring with a client list,' who soon, 'receives an anonymous tip and soon after her studio is raided by authorities,' according to IMDB.
According to Access, Let's Get Physical is produced by Jenna, along with Live! With Kelly And Ryan host, Kelly Ripa and her husband, Michael Consuelos.
