Caring Rylan stopped to check on a member of public after he spotted them on the floor outside Elstree Studios on Monday.
The TV star, 33, was seen running behind a lorry to check on the person as he arrived at the BBC London studios to film for Strictly Come Dancing spin-off It Takes Two.
He was seen stopping to chat to the person to make sure that all was well as members of the production team watched on.

A few minutes later, the concerned presenter was seen returning to the rest of the crew and heading inside the studio, after confirming that everything was OK.
It is not known what had happened with the member of the public.
MailOnline has contacted Rylan's representatives for comment.
It comes after Rylan has candidly opened up about suffering a mental health breakdown following his marital split from now ex-husband Dan Neal.
