Spice Girl Mel C opted for a sports luxe look as she headed to an appearance on The View in New York on Tuesday.
The singer, 48, lived up to her famous Sporty Spice moniker and looked stylish in a tracksuit and heels as she promoted her memoir Who I Am.
Mel wore a green and white stripped tracksuit which she layered over a skimpy bralette, showcasing her incredible figure.

She teamed the look with a pair of clear perspex heels and wore her dark locks out and over her shoulders in tousled curls.
Mel opted for natural-looking makeup including dewy foundation and lashings of mascara.
The mother-of-one happily signed autographs outside of the studio and struck numerous poses for a series of fun snaps.

It comes after Mel revealed how she was banned from dating in the early days of the Spice Girls - while her bandmates were free to pursue romances.
The singer discussed her new autobiography Who I Am with Australia's The Project, and said while Melanie Brown, also known as Mel B, Emma Bunton, Geri Halliwell and Victoria Beckham were able to date at the height of the girl group's fame, she was not.
'Looking back what struck me was it was one rule for one and another for the others, right?' the 48-year-old said.

'I think when you are vulnerable as well, people go, I don't think it's good for you'.
Mel said the rule for the other women was, 'she is fine, she can have a boyfriend, she can cope with having a boyfriend, she is strong enough but you are not'.
'It makes you question yourself when you are already vulnerable,' Mel added.
