Post Malone resumed his tour in Cleveland, Ohio on Tuesday night after a sudden hospitalization forced him to cancel Saturday's Boston concert last-minute.

In a tweet published hours before showtime, the rapper, 27, confirmed that he would be taking the stage at Cleveland's Rocket Mortgage FieldHouse.

'Cleveland, I will be singing the F*** outta some songs tonight �� see y'all tonight,' penned the New York native.

He is also set to perform at the PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on Wednesday, September 28.

He'll get a two day break before hopping back into the tour grind at the Little Caesars Arena in Detroit, Michigan on Saturday, October 1.

Fans have been concerned about the hitmaker's health after he cited breathing trouble and intense body pains as the reason for canceling last Saturday's Boston concert.

He announced the last-minute cancellation in a post shared to social media just 30 minutes before he was set to take the stage at the TD Garden.

He wrote, 'Boston, I love y'all so f**king much. On tour, I usually wake up around 4 o'clock PM, and today I woke up to a cracking sounds on the right side of my body. I felt so good last night, but today it felt so different than it has before.'

'I'm having a very difficult time breathing, and there's a stabbing pain whenever I breathe or move,' he added. 'We're in the hospital now, but with this pain, I can't do the show tonight. I'm so f**king sorry.'

He then told fans their tickets would be valid for a rescheduled show that he and his team are currently putting together before ending his message, 'Once again, I'm so f**king sorry. I love y'all so much.
