In a lengthy caption, Hilaria, who shares a similar name as her daughter, revealed their names were Spanish for 'happy.'
The post came nearly two years after Hilaria, 38, came under fire when it emerged she was not actually Spanish despite previously claiming to have only arrived to the U.S. at age 19.
