Luxe Listings Sydney star Gavin Rubinstein has revealed how much commission realtors typically make from their property sales.
The 32-year-old real estate agent said some can take home a whopping 100% of their fee, but clarified most keep between 50 to 60%.
Gavin said the key to successful real estate selling is understanding that no property is too big or small.
