Reformed sex addict Belinda 'Love' Rygier has revealed she once struggled with body dysmorphia. 

The former Bachelor contestant, who slept with more than 700 men, posted a series of nude selfies to Instagram in an effort to celebrate her imperfections.   

'I am over the "perfection movement" on social media. So here's me breaking the cycle,' she wrote alongside the cheeky selfies.

'I had body dysmorphia. So I am vulnerably revealing to you the area that had me feel extremely unattractive for most of my life… My stomach,' she went on. 

'I've been excluded, emotionally and physically abused, overlooked, ridiculed, told that a man will choose a hotter woman than me. Called a Teletubbie, fatty, and made to feel like I'd never be loved unless I was 'skinny''.

'It had me doing crazy things to achieve it. Including even eating only 500 calories a day. I developed an unhealthy relationship to food and would binge and starve myself,' Belinda continued.

'In this series I'll be stepping out of my comfort zone. To inspire people to love themselves, and to transform this ridiculous opinion that beauty is purely superficial and needs to be "perfect".

'I am terrified and excited. If we don't start sharing a new standard of beauty. We will always be aiming to hit the unrealistic ones. It's time for a change,' she concluded.
