Selling Sunset star Amanza Smith is in the best shape of her life, and she credits that to consistent workouts.
The reality TV standout told DailyMail.com that she likes a 'solid workout' like boxing to burn the calories and she is not into diet trends.
'I try to work out when I can (and have time) which can be hard, I love boxing and I eat healthy and try to stay well balanced with myself,' shared the brunette bombshell.
'I workout when I can- it can sometimes be hard with filming, the kids and everyday life to find the time but when I do, I love doing a solid workout.'
This real estate agent also offered the top five tips for getting a home ready when putting it on the market.

And she is not into the latest trend, Intermittent Fasting.
It is also known as intermittent energy restriction, and is any of various meal timing schedules that cycle between voluntary fasting and non-fasting over a given period.

'Not fasting, that is not for me,' she added.
She spoke with DailyMail.com as she is promoting Glad ForceFlexPlus with Clorox trash bags.
