Their romance was revealed in August when they were seen kissing on a flight to Crete.
Max is believed to have grown close to the actress during the Strictly live tour in 2021 and the pair have reportedly moved in together.
Max was previously in a long-term romance with Stacey Giggs.

The Hello! Inspiration Awards saw celebrities and real-life heroes pick up awards in front of a star-studded crowd, which included Lisa Snowdon, Binky Felstead, Karren Brady, Ollie Locke, Katie Piper and Amanda Wakeley.
The event started with a pause in memory of the late Queen Elizabeth II, before soprano Natalie Rushdie, the wife of Salman Rushdie's son Zafar, performed a rendition of Sting's chart hit Fields of Gold whilst a montage of Her Majesty played on screens.
The Hello! Inspiration Awards, sponsored this year by Childsplay Clothing, were created to highlight people whose talents have empowered and inspired others across the previous 12 months.
Last year's ceremony attracted A-List stars including Sarah Ferguson, David Furnish, Elizabeth Hurley and Alesha Dixon.

This year, Countryfile presenter Anita Rani hosted the awards for the second time alongside Hello! Editor-in-Chief Rosie Nixon.
Dame Kelly Holmes was among winners as she was presented with the Trailblazer of the Year Award, while Davina McCall took home the Inspiration of the Year award for her work fighting for women going through the menopause.
'Davina's been a total inspiration for us this year with all she's been doing for women,' Rosie Nixon said as she presented the award.
'It feels like she's just at the beginning of all her campaigning and fighting for women's rights to better menopause advice, help and medication.'
