Lisa Snowdon has detailed her experience of menopause, while fronting a new campaign to help women.
The Celebrity MasterChef winner, 50, told The Daily Express this week that she struggled with sleep deprivation, 'angry rages' and weight gain throughout her battle.
Lisa, who is supporting the MenopauZzz campaign that helps women suffering sleep issues due to the condition, said at times she 'didn't want to be here'.

She said sleep deprivation was the number one issue she dealt with during menopause and struggled keeping up with her career while extremely tired.
'For me, lack of sleep was the thing that sent me to my rock bottom when I first started going through menopause,' Lisa told the publication.

The presenter and media personality said she struggled with weight gain and put on three stone at one point.
When she was premenopausal, she suffered from anxiety and was prescribed antidepressants which she only took for five months.
