Christina Milian stunned her 7.1 million Instagram followers on Friday with new images of her gearing up to promote the third season of Step Up.

Clad in a purple mini dress from upstart fashion brand Starlit, the 41-year-old singer positively glowed in the shimmery look. 

Christina accessorized with a matching jacket, black platform heels and purple octagonal hoops. 

The Instagram bio for the new fashion brand Starlit reads 'lit or made brighter by stars' and Milian certainly proved this to be true as she rocked the gem-colored look.

'Dream a little dream,' she captioned the photos, tagging celebrity makeup artist and hairstylist Shenise Sheena, who was responsible for Milian's flawless makeup and sick braided ponytail. 

The actress and singer wore the look to promote season three of Step Up, premiering on Starz October 16. Based on the popular film franchise of the same name, Step Up follows the students and faculty of a competitive performing arts school in Atlanta and Milian is stepping in to play the female lead, Collette Jones, a role originated by the late Naya Rivera. 

Christina recently opened up about replacing Rivera, who tragically drowned in 2020. 'I was thinking about her fans and if it was respectful for me to do it,' she told Metro. 'I put my choice into trust that this is what's meant to be and there's a purpose for this.'
