Wednesday 19 October 2022 11:16 PM Today host Allison Langdon says Meghan Markle 'makes things hard for herself' trends now
Today show host Allison Langdon delivered her brutal verdict on Megan Markle's new interview with Variety magazine on Thursday.
Discussing the interview with Daily Mirror's royal editor Russell Myers, Langdon couldn't help but scoff after hearing how the Duchess had spoken about how she'd want to be portrayed by an actor.
Myer explained: 'Not only does she mention the fact that she was in 'Suits', no less than five times during the interview, she also says that she would be willing to lend her expertise to one specific actor, and that would with be the person who would potentially play her in a movie.'

Langdon interjected: 'Hang on, so she is saying, 'When someone will play me I will counsel them as to who I am and how to portray''.
'I mean come on! She makes it hard for herself, she added.
However it seems Meghan's statements were slightly overblown.
Megan actually said she hopes whoever is preparing for the role will 'find the softness and the playfulness and the laughter' as well as the 'silliness'.

'I just hope she finds the dimensions,' Meghan said of the imaginary actor, before suggesting she give her a phone call to discuss how her likeness will be portrayed.
