Influencer Sophie Cachia says she's humiliated following her recent split from fiancée Madeleine Garrick.
The former Australian Survivor star, 32, took to Instagram to open up about her heartbreak and that she's 'sick to death' of people comforting her amid breaking off her engagement with the basketballer, 30.
'A lot of lessons, but mostly how blessed I am with such a supportive, close knit family & friend support system,' she wrote in an emotional Instagram Story.

'I’m at a point in my life where I’m SICK TO DEATH of people needing to be there for me. “We’re here for you” they say, and I’m angry. Not for their want to help me, but for yet another reason I need them to.'
She continued, 'It’s humiliating. It’s embarrassing. I didn’t ask for this. I don’t want to be here. 2 weeks ago I was travelling the world, the happiest I’ve felt in my life for so many years. I was oblivious.'
'I just want happiness and a content life. I want a life filled with love & family. I don’t want to fear love & commitment.
'I don’t want to not believe in anyone ever again or have trust issues. I don’t want to be petrified to let anyone near my children ever again. I want happiness.'
Sophie made the shock announcement she had broken off her engagement on Sunday evening.
Despite not revealing the reason for the split, Cachia hinted at a breach of trust and said she made the decision to set a 'good example' for her two children.
