Karl Stefanovic hosting the Today show drunk the morning after the 2009 Logies is considered an iconic moment in Australian cultural history.
And the Channel Nine presenter was reminded about the memorable moment during an interview with Jamie Lovett, the owner of Melbourne Cup-winning horse Gold Trip, on Wednesday morning.
Stefanovic, 48, asked Lovett how he was feeling the day after his big win.

'Joining us now after a night of hard partying I presume, owner Jamie Lovett from Melbourne. Good morning, how are you feeling tiger?' Karl asked.
'Probably like you did that night after the Logies,' Jamie responded.
'Ok that good huh?' Karl said before bursting into laughter.
During an interview on the breakfast show, Karl asked Jamie how he was feeling after his win and he responded: 'Probably like you did that night after the Logies'
