Ryan Reynolds flips the script on a lovestruck Ghost Of Christmas Present played by Will Ferrell in the upcoming holiday musical Spirited.
A new trailer for the movie shows Ryan as a spiky businessman called Clint Briggs, who has been selected by the three ghosts from Charles Dickens' A Christmas Carol as this year's project to be 'reformed.'
However it turns out to be the man who helps the spirit, as Present falls for Clint's colleague played by Oscar-winning actress Octavia Spencer.

Clint is initially skeptical when he realizes that he has been chosen as the Ebenezer Scrooge of this year's Christmas ghosts.
'So out of all the people on the planet - murderers, people who do gender reveal parties - I'm the guy you're gonna haunt?' he demands.
The Ghost Of Christmas Yet To Come goes back to the North Pole and dismisses Clint as a hopeless 'pain in the Dickens.'
