Today show viewers woke up to a new line-up on Thursday with Amelia Adams making her debut as co-host alongside Karl Stefanovic.
Adams, 39, has just returned to Sydney after four years as Nine's Senior International Correspondent in Europe and North America.
She was filling in for Allison Langdon, who took the morning off.

Adams, who is set to join 60 Minutes as a full-time reporter, was given a glowing introduction by Stefanovic at the start of the broadcast.
He described the Nine veteran as 'one of Australia's all-time great correspondents'.
But things took an awkward turn when he said co-hosting the Today show was a step down from the dizzying heights of foreign reporting.
