Hannah Elizabeth took to her Instagram Stories on Thursday to reveal the shocking results of her brand new facial surgery.
The model, 32, who shot to fame during Love Island's first series in 2015, headed to Istanbul, Turkey for the procedure and claimed to be 'obsessed' with her Bratz doll like appearance.
Hannah reassured her followers that she was 'very swollen' as she showed off her bruised and bandaged face.

The reality star pouted her plump lips for the camera with surgical tape stuck over her eyelids writing: ' Day 1 I feel like a Bratz I'm obsessed'.
Bratz dolls are toys, made by Barbie creators Mattel, who sport exaggerated eyes and lips.
Despite the bruising the star gushed: 'Couldn't of asked for more, exactly what I wanted I'm made up' [sic].
