Karl Stefanovic joked about his co-host Allison Langdon's absence from the Today show on Friday as rumours swirl she's about to move from breakfast to prime time.

Stefanovic, 48, made light of the fact his co-anchor hadn't been on the desk for more than a week as he spoke to technology expert Trevor Long about Twitter's new verification policy.
